Main responsibility :
Manage sales, develop and maintain relationships with Regional and Global account targets
Implement national sales programs and establish sales strategy for each target.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
Identify key sales opportunities and Maintain an awareness of market trends
Build a high performance team with effective leadership that includes setting clear objectives
University degree or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years experience working in field sales management (preferably in lubricant products)
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills with an ability to interact effectively in a multicultural environment
Demonstrated planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
