We are hiring for our client, a major international Oil and Gas company, who created his new subsidiary in Morocco: a Business Developer - Lubricants


  • Identify new business opportunities and lead it to high value commercial sales
  • Identifying target accounts or applications for existing products and new markets
  • Develops potential sales assessment, value-proposition, pricing and go-to market plans
  • Develops deep market and account knowledge: reach accurate information on trends, competitive activity, customer and market needs
  • Coordinate support for commercial activities with sales and marketing department
  • Provide periodic progress / activity reports to management/team, and ensure consistent flow of quality information and alignment with market segment strategies and priorities
  • Effectively communicates latest updates to management and appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Builds strong relationships with customers


  • High Degree diploma
  • Min 7 years or work experience, developing and executing business plans and Regional team management
  • Strong connections in the Lubricant & Fuel market sector
  • Strongly result driven and action oriented
  • Frequent travelling is required
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
