Pour notre client, multinationale leader dans le secteur de l'industrie automobile, nous recherchons un "Ingénieur Maintenance Junior"


Develops the maintenance, preventive and predictive policies and checklists and monitor their execution, Analyse and monitor the realization of corrective maintenance interventions, provides on field support for the diagnostic of critical equipements failures. Develops technical documents for preventive and corrective maintenance execution in order to maximize equipement availability and performance within budget. Develops training programs for Maintenance team.


- Develop the preventive and predictive maintenance Policies and checklists. keep Updated Equipment and Facilities FMEA and technical documents for maintenance such as Technical equipment records, operating modes, technical specifications, Preventive check lists...etc

-Monitors work requests prioritization, schedules of work orders and resources allocation. Supervises Equipment preventive and corrective maintenance works and assures that the interventions are carried out in accordance with accepted standard and industrial norms.

-Provides on fields support for maintenance teams during complex Equipment problems and failures (Assistance in diagnostics, troubleshooting...etc.).

-Inspects quality of intervention, analyses interventions report, verifies records accuracy. Monitors and brings assistance for critical failures. Control the accuracy and exhaustiveness of policies and data records on the CMMS system.

-Identifies and analyses repetitive equipment’s failures and critical outages, analyse related costs, conduct root causes analysis and problem-solving workshops, recommend avoidance measures.

-Review spare parts needs calculation, inspects spare parts income and monitor spare parts repairing process (providers identification, work progress follow-up...etc.

-Reviews Maintenance KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Maintenance Department and the Company's objectives

-Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements.


- Engineering Degree in technical field (Electric/mechanical)

- Beginner or one-year experience in Industrial field (Maintenance department preferred)

- MS Office Softwares (Excel, Words, PPT, ..),CMMS, Automation systems and ERP applications awareness

- Maintenance processes (corrective, preventive, predictive...etc.)

- English language

- Communication, Building Relationships, Self-Development, Managing Performance, Personal

- Electromechanical skills

- Pneumatics & hydraulic system skills

- Continuousimprovement techniques (TPM, FMEA, root cause analysis...)

- Automation systems
