We are hiring for our Client - a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural equipment - an Office Manager
Supports Board of Directors and Committees by providing reports and information
Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
applying financial principles and practices; and developing recommendations
Manages organizational scheduling, including multiple entities, committees, and meetings
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Office back up and support for manager
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts
Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of three years’ experience in Accounts, Finance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, modern office methods, practices, and procedures with a proven ability to edit and proofread.
Ability to work in a changing and team oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and grow in responsibility.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of extremely sensitive and private data
