Plant Quality Manager



You will is responsible for quality management in the plant.

  1. Activities:
  • leading quality in accordance with generally binding regulations and internal regulations of the Company
  • develops and implements the concept and strategy of quality team in the plant in accordance with the company strategy; sets out the objectives of the quality management department and strategies to achieve them
  • led and coordinated by subordinates, distributes tasks and monitors their performance, motivate and evaluate staff
  • ensure that the quality system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO / TS 16949, and submit reports to the plant management Meeting of the effectiveness of this system
  • controls the execution of:
    • incoming control of purchased parts, provides management claims towards suppliers or conducting audits at suppliers
    • final inspection
    • process/product/system audits
    • claim management
    • implementation of quality inspection system

In all operations and activities, ensuring analyzing the causes and consequences affecting the quality of products (e.g. 'Complaints, quality costs). And taking measures to eliminate the defects, including preventive measures

  • Coordinates:
    • internal audits
    • Homologation process on plant level
    • internal quality training
  • performs:
    • the final quality cost analysis, prepares action plans and adopt effective measures
    • Quality report´s
    • Budget for quality field
  • collaborates with other departments of the company​

Responsibility/ accountability:

  • Management Quality team in accordance with generally binding regulations and internal regulations of the Company
  • creating, implementing and maintaining a quality system according to ISO / TS 16949 and spec. customer requirements
  • product safety, particularly the suspension of products that do not conform to international standards (e.g. ECE ANSI) and specific customer requirements/norms
  • ensuring necessary homologations which will confirm conformity with the safety characteristics of the product
  • preparation, organization, conduct and results of audits performed by customers or certification, homologation bodies
  • establish and maintain a comprehensive quality system covering all operations according to specific customer requirements / audits, VDA 6, etc./
  • practical application of methods FMEA and SPC within the quality team and coordinate their implementation inside the plant
  1. Authority:​
  • organize and manage quality team within the meaning of section specified responsibilities
  • ensure the creation, implementation and maintenance of quality system according to ISO / TS 16949, and specific customer requirements
  • when deviations from the optimal condition of the product to stop production, stop the expedition, to give the order to carry out internal audit; of these measures immediately inform the appropriate Head of Operations and Plant Manager or their representatives
  • propose changes in the management of quality documents in the plant
  • conduct quality audits all operations and sections of the plant and at suppliers
  • initiate preventive measures to prevent any disagreements operatively intervene in the process in such a manner that the nonconformity is removed
  • verify the effectiveness of the measures implemented
  • represent the company in negotiations with customers and suppliers


You are:

  • Engineer or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience in Automotive Industry
  • Knowledge of English written and spoken

Your Professional qualifications/competence:

  • knowledge of IATF 16949 (previously ISO/TS 16949)
  • ISOTS internal auditor training
  • Good knowledge of quality certification & regulation specifications
    • Good knowledge of quality tools…VDA, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, problem solving, MSA, EMS, Customer Specific Requirements etc.
    • VDA 6.3. internal auditor training
    • Good knowledge of the Automotive world at customer
    • Knowledge of MS Office
