Mission

Mission :

Promote company Systems Quality Policy

Maintain a Preventive Quality System & Disciplines which supports the Plant to be focused on Customer Satisfaction and to protect the Customer against quality problems with products and services

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain Plant Quality System and disciplines according to company standards & Customers Requirements
  • Represent the needs of the customer in internal discussions
  • Make disposition on non conforming material
  • Release parts to production and for shipment to the customer
  • Train, Evaluate and Develop Quality Team strongly supporting Organization in order provide the highest quality product and services
  • Institute Relationships with Customers & Internal Feedback Process
  • Provide Quality Support for new projects and ensure compliance manufacturing process implementation to quality system requirements
  • Champion the NPS Quality Element
  • Understand, Implement, Up-Date Global Procedures
  • Manage Quality Training
  • Institute Cost of Quality Analysis System
  • Manage Test Labs
  • Manage Plant Quality Audits & support supplier development activities
  • Monitor & Maintain Files & Measurement Devices Integrity
  • Monitor Quality System through quality measurements tools and Report to European Quality Organization ( metrics, Customer complains, ... )

Profil

You are:

  • Engineer or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience in Automotive Industry
  • Knowledge of English written and spoken

Your Professional qualifications/competence:

  • knowledge of IATF 16949 (previously ISO/TS 16949)
  • ISOTS internal auditor training
  • Good knowledge of quality certification & regulation specifications
    • Good knowledge of quality tools…VDA, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, problem solving, MSA, EMS, Customer Specific Requirements etc.
    • VDA 6.3. internal auditor training
    • Good knowledge of the Automotive world at customer
    • Knowledge of MS Office
