Nous recrutons pour notre client, société multinationale en démarrage qui opère dans le secteur de l'industrie automobile un "Human Resources Specialist"


Job related responsibilities:

- Responsible for whole recruitment process (CV selection, job posting, interviews, candidate feedback, job offer letters, etc.) for Product Development department.

- Active search of candidates (LinkedIn, jobs database, etc.) for PD department.

- Responsible for hiring documentation for HR generalists.

- Responsible for university cooperation .

- Cooperation with personal agencies.

- Responsible for hiring documentation for HR generalists.

- Conduct regular needs analysis to identify department performance gaps;

- Develops and maintains organizational communications.

- Design and develop training solutions

- Collaborate with HR Manager on communication and implementation new projects.

- Interact with field organization to coordinate training activities.

- Complies with all job-related safety and other training requirements.

- Participation in HR projects.

- Responsibility for the area of personnel administration, HR Data management in the HR system.

Qualification Requirements:

- University degree in Human Resources or Management

- Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must

- Experienced in recruitment of technical positions min. 3 years

- Manufacturing experience preferred

- Good knowledge of legislation related to payroll accounting, incl Labour Code
