Mission

Role purpose

The Field Coordinator works in support of Country Manager to maintain, upgrade, retain current and growing customer base. The primary role is to locate and secure revenue growth opportunities among current POS (re-sellers), assisting Grohe’s accounts with changes to their POS, and sustaining an extremely high retention rate.

Accountabilities

  • Ensure that the account will reach monthly, quarterly and annual volume and in the Showroom & OTC channel
  • Analyzing and forecasting customer’s potential
  • Qualitatively adapt and execute the Grohe’s distribution policy in the market
  • Partner with both the Country Manager to support the wholesale business of the account and manage its execution
  • Deal with escalated customer issues as assigned
  • Consult on sales process and best practices
  • Communicate and interact daily with the customers
  • Train and develop the customer’s personnel
  • Keep correct and up-to-date customers database (classification) on CRM
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns in retail and wholesale distribution channel
  • Supervise and monitor competition activities in terms of their price positioning, products and promotions
  • Secure the proper geographical distribution of the OTCs and Showrooms
  • Market monitoring and building market intelligence in order to provide detailed analytical reports
  • Responsible for the product displays in the outlet and make sure that Grohe is in premium location.
  • Adhere to the classifications of the OTCs and Showroom to the ABC analysis

To assist the Country Manager with various duties as and when required

Profil

  • At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a comparable position - FMCG
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Deep knowledge of the region (Retail and Distribution)
  • Business fluent English (oral & written)
