SAP PROCESS Functional Analyst

We are hiring for our client, Multinational Industrial Company his SAP Process Functional Analyst


  • Lead and own all aspects of IT solutions/applications within the Process working with other cross functional leads and corporate and regional business
  • Communicate all requirements to technical and non-technical teams including IT vendors
  • Be a champion of change to improve the Process functions across all company’s systems
  • Promote and participate in end user training and helping resolve Process challenges
  • Assist user with understanding application/solution capabilities,
  • Advise on Process best practice and technology roadmap
  • Analyze business needs presented by the user community and recommend solutions
  • Gather and document business requirements from business users and subject matter experts and translate into functional specification documents
  • Understand as-is business Processes to effectively identify and document the to-be requirements
  • Identify root cause(s) of an issue to help determine the optimal solution
  • Work with the Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution. Perform business needs analysis and design workflows, including “as is” and “to be” Process mapping
  • Collect timely feedback from stakeholder groups and ensure terms of requirements and specifications are being met through solutions being built
Support new business expansions


  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences or related Process field.
  • Certification in SAP modules associated to Process is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Global full life cycle ERP / PROCESS implementations.
  • Expert understanding of the integration between ECC and other applications such as content management systems, PI, bank interfaces and EDI interfaces
  • At least 5+ life cycle implementations of SAP ERP
  • Expertise in leading blueprint workshops, SAP configuration, Custom Development, Cutover Activities,
  • Data Migration, Test and User Training and hyper-care support experience
  • Knowledge in PROCESS and integration to other SAP modules in all business scenarios strongly desired
  • Expertise in SAP tables fields, ABAP Query: Simple reports, Debugging, User exits.
  • Knowledge in ABAP program debugging
  • Sound Knowledge of SAP Data Conversion using LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench)
  • Experience in conducting end user training
  • Detailed knowledge of internal support Processes (ITIL or similar)
  • Flexibility, adaptability and Process improvement approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude –is committed, energetic, enthusiastic, and determination to take on new challenges
  • Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing
